Profile
I am a licensed visual art teacher, with a strong background in
“big idea” art making, visual culture and integrated
curriculum. I have the ability to guide students into
explorations of art production, criticism, aesthetics, art
history and multiculturalism. Through my innovative art lessons,
which concentrate on relevant issues, students achieve the
skills of critical analysis, aesthetic inquiry, objective
reasoning and creativity. My lessons are technologically
presented to compete with the electronic media-driven world of
the students and to enhance student learning on all levels. I
tailor my lessons’ objectives to improve students’ achievement
on the OAT.
